I had a lovely lunch with a lovely lady today who let me run on (as she usually does) and also convinced me to have the bread pudding, which was wonderful.
This video reminds me of something that Mani got from Angeles Arrien, when he read The Four Fold Way and listened to her tapes also... she spoke about shamans who asked their patients "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing?" Because these are the things that remind us we are alive, and that in itself is a joyful thing.
