I put these together for someone and I realized I could use them, as well. So I'm posting them... maybe they will be useful for someone else today, too.

I release people, situations and things that no longer serve my higher purpose freely and easily.

I enjoy opening my heart and life to new possibiilities for peace and joy.

I embrace opportunities for positive change.

I accept that the personal decisions of others do not reflect or change my intrinsic value.

I am loved and supported by the Universe.

I am worthy of being loved.
