A la ocasión la pintan calva.
You have to strike while the iron is hot.
This is how it works: Comment on this entry and I will give you a letter.
Write ten words beginning with that letter in your journal, including an explanation of what the word means to you and why,
and then pass out letters to those who want to play along.
My letter, from
aliza250's post, is "B"
In no order except that this is how they came out of my head (which I'm sure is significant but I won't examine too closely)...
Bodymind - Meta physical connection, what affects one part affects the whole. Underpins a lot of my spiritual and energy work.
Breast - One of my favorite body parts. I was breast fed until I was three.
Badger - A spiritual friend of mine, particularly in aspects of root medicine and storytelling.
Belly Dancer - What I told everyone I was going to be when I grew up. Perhaps a past life memory, since I started proclaiming this at around three without impetus ;-)
Bruxism - Grinding teeth... sometimes when I am tense I do this, and I only notice when my jaw muscles start aching. One of the reasons I learned biofeedback and progressive muscle relaxation.
Beads = Anything you can put on a string, thread or yarn, IMO. I like making my own earrings and occasionally a necklace or bracelet.
Baggage - Let me put it this way... I like to be prepared. But I'm trying to live my life so that my luggage is efficiently packed and I don't have too much baggage ;-)
Bibliomancy - A fun thing I do, scrying by opening a random book and choosing either a word or passage to answer the query. As opposed to batraquomancy, which is scrying with frogs, and much messier.
Bluestocking - Something I secretly call myself. In historical Britain, this was a term for a woman who had more interest in intellectual pusuits than frivolities.
Barefoot - My preferred state, shoeless. Will apply footwear (and undergarments) only when it would be unacceptable to do otherwise.
So... any takers? Have I got a letter for you!
